What is Max Buy Back?

Max Buy Back is a Buy Back investment product that involves purchasing a property from Johnmax Property and Services Limited with the 100 percent guarantee of selling the property back to the company within an agreed duration and at a stipulated percentage ROI.

Estates Approved for Johnmax Real Estate Buy Back

·         Max Gardens Estate Phase 3

·         Hampton Atlantic Estate

·         Zen Gardens Estate 

To take advantage of this investment, a prospect will invest in any of the abovementioned properties and sell the property back to the company after 12 months at 35% ROI and 6 months at 16%.

For instance, when a client buys a plot of Hampton Atlantic Estate for N6,000,000 or half a plot for N3,000,000, they can sell it back to the company after 12 months for N8,100,000 for a plot, or N4,050,000 for a half plot.

The investment for Buy Back can only come in full plots or half plots at the least. What this means is that the minimum investment for this product is N1,500,000, which is the cost of half a plot of land at Zen Gardens.

The duration is 6 months and 12 months.
